Agile Delivery Principal

This organisation is a leading global resources company undertaking major technology projects. They are at the forefront of innovation and invested in technically initiatives across their supply chain. They are seeking multiple Agile Delivery Practitioners to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating discovery workshops and Agile routines
• Teaching team members Agile skills and coaching Agile behaviours
• Utilizing reporting to forecast delivery (spring and quarterly burn-ups) as well as diagnose issues and drive improvements
• Jira and Confluence expertise
• Comfortable interacting with executive level sponsors/stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Practitioner on a transformation piece of work
• Excellent influencing and engagement capability with cross functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure delivery is met
• Strong communication capabilities
• Relevant Agile qualifications/certifications
