What you'll do:
As a Senior Business Analyst – Superannuation and Wealth, you will immerse yourself in complex projects that require a deep understanding of both business processes and technology. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with stakeholders across various departments to elicit requirements, document current state processes, identify best practices for future state design, and perform gap analyses that inform impactful change. You will play an integral role in facilitating solution design sessions, preparing robust business cases for new initiatives, managing requirements through their lifecycle, and supporting testing teams during implementation. By leveraging your expertise in methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Waterfall as appropriate for each project, you will help ensure that every solution not only meets but exceeds expectations.
