Program Training Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Training Lead to support a major HR/Payroll transformation program. This is a high-impact role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the training strategy across a multi-phase implementation. You will play a critical part in preparing the organisation for new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end training workstream for a large-scale HR/Payroll transformation.

  • Develop a comprehensive training strategy, roadmap, and curriculum aligned to programme milestones.

  • Collaborate closely with Change, Communications, HR, Payroll, IT, and project leadership teams.

  • Design learning materials, user guides, and role-based training tailored to diverse audiences.

  • Manage training needs analysis, readiness assessments, and capability uplift plans.

  • Oversee training delivery (instructor-led, virtual, digital learning) and ensure high adoption rates.

  • Monitor training outcomes and report progress to steering committees and senior stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with technology and functional teams to ensure alignment with new system functionality.

About You

  • Proven experience leading training for major HR/Payroll system transformation programs.

  • Hands-on experience delivering training in one or more of the following platforms: SAP (SuccessFactors or ECC/HR/S4/Hana), Oracle HCM, or Workday.

  • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and how they translate into system roles and functionality.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, complex programme environments.

  • Experience overseeing training design, development, and delivery at scale.

  • Professional certifications in learning/training, change management, or HR (desirable)
