Digital & AI Adoption Lead

Our client looking for a Digital Adoption Lead to help embed modern digital capabilities across a global organisation. This role focuses on translating strategy into action driving adoption of tools, improving ways of working, and ensuring technology investments deliver real business value.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the delivery of a global digital literacy and adoption programme across modern workplace tools, data, cyber, and emerging technologies
• Support adoption of key initiatives (e.g. Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform) through targeted campaigns and enablement
• Translate digital and AI capabilities into practical, day-to-day use cases for teams
• Partner with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to embed learning into everyday workflows
• Develop clear, accessible enablement materials (guides, prompts, real-world scenarios)
• Coordinate training delivery across internal SMEs and external partners
• Track adoption using participation, usage, and behavioural insights
• Continuously improve programmes based on feedback and measurable impact

What You Bring

• Experience delivering digital adoption or enablement programmes in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of change management principles (PROSCI highly regarded)
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Copilot)
• Familiarity with AI concepts and responsible use (practical application more important than deep technical expertise)
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to turn data and insights into meaningful actions
