IT Project Change Analyst
If you’re a Change Specialist or Change Analyst living in North Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, this is your opportunity to lead meaningful, large-scale IT change without sacrificing your lifestyle
As a key member of our Digital Information Services team, you’ll:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end change activities across major IT projects
- Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments and gap analysis
- Develop practical change, communication and engagement plans that land with real people
- Partner with Project Managers and Product Owners in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Coach leaders, teams and stakeholders through transition
- Measure, report on and continuously improve change outcomes
- Ensure smooth handover into operations and customer experience teams
We’re open to strong Change Analysts or Change Specialists who bring:
- Proven experience delivering IT change in complex organisations
- Solid grounding in change methodologies (PROSCI / ADKAR or similar)
- Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analysis skills — you can translate impacts into action
- The ability to juggle multiple workstreams and priorities
- A practical, outcomes-focused mindset
Qualifications in ICT, Business, HR or similar are expected, along with a current C-class driver’s licence.
PROSCI certification is desirable — but real-world delivery experience matters most.
Location: This role will require 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
