PMO Analyst

We’re seeking a versatile PMO Analyst to support a dynamic, high-impact team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, wears multiple hats, and brings a proactive mindset to everything from governance and reporting to stakeholder engagement and minute-taking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PMO functions using Management of Portfolios (MoP) methodology
• Support governance, risk and issue management, and project health monitoring
• Use PPM tools (Altus preferred) for resource planning, scheduling, RAG status, and reporting
• Engage with project managers and stakeholders to surface risks, resolve scheduling conflicts, and drive delivery
• Present insights at steering committees and contribute to strategic decision-making
• Provide analytical support beyond status reporting—problem-solving is key

What You Bring

• Experience in government or public sector environments is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable juggling diverse tasks—from presentations to documentation
• Ability to communicate confidently across technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with records and portfolio management practices
