This is a high-visibility role responsible for shaping strategy, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of modern HR & Payroll solutions that enhance employee experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.

  • Define program scope, objectives, governance, and delivery plans aligned to organisational goals.

  • Oversee the selection, configuration, integration, and rollout of HRIS and Payroll platforms (SAP, Workday, Oracle, or equivalent).

  • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change control with clear mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure quality assurance and adherence to best practice delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

  • Lead relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and third-party suppliers, ensuring contractual compliance and value delivery.

  • Facilitate steering committees, program boards, and key decision-making forums

Change, Adoption & Benefits Realisation

  • Oversee change management strategy, communications, and training to ensure smooth adoption.

  • Drive process redesign and standardisation across core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent, and related functions.

  • Track and report benefits, ensuring the program delivers measurable improvements in accuracy, compliance, user experience, and cost efficiency.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale HR and/or Payroll transformation programs.

  • Deep knowledge of enterprise HRIS solutions (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar).

  • Strong program management skills, including planning, budgeting, governance, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience in managing complex integrations and data migration workstreams.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll operations, compliance requirements, and global workforce processes.
