Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead a critical initiative focused on enhancing user experience within enterprise systems such as Workday or Oracle. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate challenges in a less mature project delivery environment. Experience with collaboration and communication platforms like SharePoint is highly desirable.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead the delivery of user experience (UX) initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders to define solutions that meet business needs.
• Oversee UX-related projects within enterprise systems such as Workday, Oracle or similar, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and maintain momentum across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Bring structure and clarity to a dynamic environment by proactively identifying gaps in decision-making processes and addressing them without formal ownership structures.
• Act as the central point of coordination between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
• Leverage your knowledge of collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools (e.g., Slack or Confluence)

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering user experience (UX) or customer-focused solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Experience working within or alongside enterprise systems such as Workday, Oracle or similar is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Viva Connections, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Confluence is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to managing risks, issues, dependencies, and scope in less structured or mature environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when navigating complex challenges.
• The ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
