Senior Project Manager

An established, purpose-driven organisation is investing heavily in its digital capability to strengthen governance, resilience, and customer experience. We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide digital initiatives from inception through to delivery and benefits realisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in delivery environments — not just overseeing, but actively planning, driving progress, and unblocking challenges to ensure outcomes are achieved.

Reporting into the Digital Delivery function, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent digital programs, working at the intersection of technology, governance, risk, and operational performance.

These are high-impact projects requiring strong execution discipline, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to navigate complexity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams
• Develop detailed plans, manage dependencies, and drive execution
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks before escalation
• Oversee budgets, financials, and vendor performance
• Deliver executive-level reporting and manage governance forums
• Facilitate decision-making across complex stakeholder environments
• Bring clarity, structure, and momentum to ambiguous situations

• Highly organised, outcome-driven, and resilient under pressure

Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

• 7+ years’ experience delivering complex projects
• Proven track record in digital, transformation, or technology delivery
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
