This market leaders success is driven by sales and marketing of it’s software and technology solutions. As the Account Manager you be responsible for a portfolio of customers and drive growth across South East Queensland.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing close relationships with existing clients to generate and close additional product, solution and consulting service sales
- Achieving target revenue by generating new product and solution business leads
- Manage customer feedback and problem-solve when required
- Executing against an annual sales plan for Queensland including the identification and qualification of new customers, delivering strategic outcomes across the region
- Educating customers on software and technology solutions
Key Skills Required:
- Previous experience in an sales / account management role
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with customers
- Experience in software solution sales desired
- Exceptional influencing, presentation and interpersonal skills
