Located in the CBD, this organisation is a market leader in the white label Mobile Devices industry. An exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join the organisation and serve their largest client.
Reporting directly to the Account Director, the successful Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining the main account of this White Label mobile devices manufacturer. The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Developing an account strategy that focuses on driving growth
- Meeting agreed revenue targets
- Identifying new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis
- Forecasting future sales trends and reporting on current market conditions to devise a sales plan
- Maintain relationships with client's retail stores
- Manage logistics and forecasting
Key skills and requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Manager with a track record of success
- Experience working within Telecommunications
- Ability to approach and engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An understanding of a high volume, low margin service offering
- Degree qualified is highly regarded, but not essential
