Growth Advisor (Junior Account Manager)

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in providing strategic guidance and support, helping sellers optimise their listings, improve their seller health, and achieve their business goals. The successful candidate will manage a cohort of small to medium-sized business sellers, identifying growth opportunities and implementing effective strategies.

As a Growth Advisor, your primary focus will be providing strategic guidance to sellers on our platform. You'll work closely with small to medium-sized businesses, helping them optimise their listings, improve their seller health, and achieve their business goals. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key as you collaborate with sellers to develop action plans and track progress towards growth targets. Staying informed about industry trends will also be crucial in this role as you provide actionable insights to both sellers and internal teams.

What you bring:

  • Experience in buying, trading or merchandising within an online retail or SMB environment.
  • At least 2 years commercial or sales experience within a fast-paced targeted environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets by identifying market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to provide strategic insights.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
