Growth Advisor (Junior Account Manager)
This role is perfect for someone with a solid understanding of eCommerce, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. As a Growth Advisor, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to sellers on their platform, helping them optimise their listings, improve their seller health, and achieve their business goals.
What you'll do:
- Provide one-on-one consultations with sellers to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Offer tailored advice and recommendations, proactively coaching assigned sellers to review, identify and implement agreed scaling opportunities.
- Assist sellers in optimising their product listings, seller health, and marketing efforts.
- Educate and influence sellers on adopting the suite of marketing and promotional tools.
- Develop and implement growth strategies that align with sellers' goals and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for sellers to expand their product offerings and reach new customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with sellers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
What you bring:
- Experience in buying, trading or merchandising within an online retail or SMB environment.
- At least 2 years commercial or sales experience within a fast-paced targeted environment.
- Proven track record of achieving targets by identifying market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to provide strategic insights.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
