Corporate Partnerships Officer
Robert Walters has been engaged by a well‑established industry body within the hospitality sector to recruit a Corporate Partnerships Officer on a permanent, full‑time basis.
This organisation represents and supports hospitality businesses across Queensland and plays a key role in advocacy, industry engagement, events, and strategic partnerships. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a purpose‑driven organisation while managing meaningful commercial partnerships.
About the Role
Reporting to a senior executive leader, the Corporate Partnerships Officer will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing the organisation’s partnership program, working closely with both existing and prospective partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end‑to‑end partnership agreements, ensuring all contractual deliverables are met
- Proactively identifying and securing new partnership and sponsorship opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Maintaining accurate records of partner agreements, milestones, and renewal dates
- Building strong, trusted relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders
- Supporting the delivery and promotion of industry, social, and sporting events
- Contributing to broader industry engagement and communications activities as required
- Representing the organisation to a consistently high professional standard
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in partnerships, sponsorship, account management, or contract‑based roles
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, professional, and highly organised approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Experience within hospitality, events, membership organisations, or not‑for‑profit environments (highly regarded)
- Tertiary qualifications in events management, communications, business, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sound administrative capability
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence
