As the Business Development Executive Manager you will be responsible on delivering new business growth and exceeding gross margin targets by selling IT Infrastructure, related software development, managed services and projects to both existing and new customers. You will have accountability for driving sales activities directly with customers via developing long term relationship, working with the appropriate internal bid teams and building alliances with key partners. The Business Development Manager is required to manage and execute the sales development process, develop and articulate a good understanding of companies capabilities, value propositions and competitive positioning. You will be responsible on leading the implementation of the overall business development strategy in your territory through prospecting (cold calling and referrals), managing proposal development and closing new business.
- 5 + years of Sales experience across IT products and services (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS, Infrastructure, Security, Manager Services, Cloud, IoT)
- Experience with larger scale sales - $ 10 mil / year
- Knowledge of Outsourced IT Service Market and Infrastructure project requirements
- Excellent sales qualification skills with proved ability to negotiate and close win/wind solutions for all parties.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent customer relationship building and management skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
