This position is a Business Development Manager who will help to drive and deliver growth for our client on a range of wastewater treatment and remediation infrastructure solutions. This role will suit an experienced and accomplished business development professional motivated by identifying and growing a pipeline of multi-million dollar deals with sophisticated customers.

The Water & Carbon Group is a leader in design, construction and operation of lower-energy wastewater treatment solutions for sewage, PFAS contamination, industrial wastewater, leachate, mining/resources and integrated water treatment. The company has an exciting future through implementing innovating approaches to wastewater treatment. Clients include recognised water authorities, local councils and private clients nationally.
This role will suit an experienced and accomplished business development professional motivated by identifying and growing a pipeline of multi-million dollar deals with sophisticated customers. You will support our pre-contracts team by providing forward visibility of the market opportunities and cultivating client relations while the bid team responds to RFP’s/ invitations to bid. You will be supported by our pre-contracts manager and technical resources who will lead the bid preparation, process and civil engineering and ecology as part of the sales process for the submission of proposals and public tenders.
The Business Development Manager will lead and drive activities to identify and qualify leads across the targeted markets that ultimately lead to winning contracts. You will possess strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships of all levels of seniority with current and prospective clients within our target industries.
