Our client is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Business Development Manager with a real passion for the hospitality industry particularly food & wine! This role offers the opportunity to represent one of New Zealand's iconic brands. The successful candidate will have the chance to work independently, manage their market, and contribute significantly to the company's growth.


What you'll do:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our client's brand within the New South Wales and ACT markets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and ensuring high standards of brand representation. You will also conduct training sessions with customers and distributor teams, enhancing product knowledge and driving sales. Your ability to manage your time effectively will be key in maximising these new business opportunities.

What you bring:

  • Experience representing and selling premium brands
  • Proven ability to drive a market or business independently
  • Demonstrated ability to nurture and build strong long-term business relationships
  • Experience in delivering brand presentations and staff training
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, either as a distributor or customer
  • Understanding of the Sydney hotel and restaurant industry
  • Solid general wine knowledge
