This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the healthcare sector, where you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets within your territory. Your excellent communication skills, customer engagement abilities, and technical knowledge will be key to your success. You will also have the chance to contribute to a high-performing team by sharing experiences and expertise, finding innovative solutions, and identifying opportunities that improve the way they work. * Achieve and exceed sales targets * Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external customers * Contribute to a high performing team

What you'll do:
As a Territory Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth in the VIC/TAS region. Your role will involve developing strategic business plans, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, seeking out new opportunities, and delivering engaging clinical education. You will also play a crucial part in contributing to the team's performance by sharing your experiences and expertise. This role requires someone who can balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of quality.

  • Assume accountability for the development and implementation of territory account business plan
  • Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external customers
  • Actively seek out new opportunities and share insights
  • Proactively seek and engage in personal and professional development activities
  • Complete all activities relevant to the role within reasonable timeframes and to a high standard of quality
  • Deliver relevant and engaging clinical education, product training as required by customers
  • Contribute to a high performing Team by proactively sharing experiences and expertise

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Territory Manager position brings a wealth of experience in sales or healthcare roles. Your strong interpersonal skills coupled with your ability to analyse data effectively will set you apart from others. Proficiency in using electronic reporting systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential. Your ability to interpret complex information meaningfully will be invaluable in this role. Experience in orthopaedics or pain management would be highly advantageous.

  • •Previous experience in a Sales or Health Care related role
  • High interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data, weigh up alternatives, decide on a course of action & formulate and implement a plan to achieve desired outcomes
  • Proficient user of electronic reporting systems inclusive of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
  • Ability to interpret and convey complex information in a way that is meaningful to others
  • Experience in orthopaedics &/ Pain Management
