Junior Business Development Manager
Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager, to join their dynamic team in Melbourne. What you'll do:
As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on nurturing relationships with our most valuable customers. You will understand their unique challenges and align our solutions to meet their expectations. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to work closely with internal teams to ensure these clients are satisfied. You will develop a deep understanding of our Domain Security and Brand Protection Services, enabling you to provide tailored solutions that drive revenue growth. Your proactive approach will ensure we retain these strategic accounts amidst competition.
- Understand customer goals, challenges, and align solutions with their needs
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's Domain Security and Brand Protection Services
- Build regular communication cadence with clients through meetings, virtual chats, and email updates
- Own the entire sales process from uncovering the need, tailoring proposals, to successful on boarding of services
What you bring:
As the ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager, position, you brings experience in sales or account management. Your strong presentation skills are complemented by your excellent planning & organisational abilities. You are service-oriented, highly motivated, proactive, strategic, with strong analytical skills. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills make you a team player who can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ideally have some understanding, background, or strong interest in the tech space, fintech, or financial services, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in B2B sales or account management
- Strong presentation skills coupled with excellent planning & organisational abilities
- Service oriented individual who is highly motivated, proactive, strategic, with strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
