Account Manager – A&D (Architecture & Design)
We are partnering with a leading organisation to source a dynamic and driven Account Manager for their Queensland team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for design, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships. About the Role: The Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential clients, primarily targeting Architects and Interior Designers. Your focus will be on negotiating profitable sales, achieving revenue targets, and delivering exceptional service across the Queensland market.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned sales targets and drive profitable business growth.

Identify, target, and win new business opportunities within the A&D sector.

Map client accounts, develop strategic objectives, and create action plans.

Maintain accurate records and sales progress in CRM systems.

Build strong internal networks to ensure outstanding client service delivery.

Provide market insights to support the broader business strategy.

Conduct regular client performance reviews and maintain up-to-date account information.

Attend industry functions and networking events to expand market presence.

Prepare accurate quotes, forecasts, and timely reporting.
About You:

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the A&D or related industries.

Confident in presenting to Tier 1 Architects and Designers.

Highly developed project management and account development skills.

Commercially astute with a strong understanding of financial drivers.

Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a client-first mindset.

Able to work professionally under pressure in a competitive environment.

Current Driver’s Licence required.

Formal qualifications in sales, marketing, or a relevant field will be highly regarded.
