Sales Manager – Ergonomic Workplace Solutions Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer Department: Sales The Client My client is a leading Australian provider of premium ergonomic and workplace solutions. They work with medium to large organisations to design high-performance work environments that improve employee comfort, wellbeing and productivity through innovative products and tailored services. The Role My client is seeking a driven and commercially focused Sales Manager to support revenue growth within a specialist division. Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, the role is responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and division growth in line with annual targets and financial KPIs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact.

  • Identify and win new business through proactive prospecting, networking and referrals.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and pricing solutions.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts effectively.

  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting via CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver customised client solutions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.


Candidate Profile

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within commercial furniture, ergonomics or workplace solutions.

  • Strong negotiation, influencing and closing capability with a history of achieving KPIs.

  • Confident communicator able to translate technical product features into clear value propositions.

  • Consultative, relationship-driven approach to sales.

  • CRM-savvy (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) with strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and comfortable working autonomously.

  • Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings.
