Business Development Representative

Company: My client is a global provider of innovative engineering solutions across air, water, sound, and power applications. Operating within the mining, oil & gas, and industrial sectors, they deliver high-impact projects worldwide and are recognised for their technical expertise and customer-focused approach. The Role: My client is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to expand market presence, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth within a dynamic and evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and commercial agreements.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Track performance and report on sales activity to senior management.

About You:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or similar (MBA advantageous).
• Proven business development experience within mining or a related sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of industry challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Willing to travel as required.
