Customer Service and Sales Consultant

Robert Walters have partnered with a highly regarded Adelaide client, who pride themselves on delivering needs based solutions to their valued customers. This 3 month temporary assignment is a great foot in the door, and has a view of extension / conversion to permanency beyond the contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to customers and internal teams
  • Answering inbound calls and providing needs based solutions to customer needs
  • Email correspondence with customers as well as data entry and utilising CRM
  • Problem solving and aiming for a first call resolution at all times
  • Achieving monthly revenue targets and KPIs
  • Accurate data entry with high levels of attention to detail

Skills And Experience Required:

  • Ability to build rapport and authentic relationships over the phone
  • Customer service experience in a phone based or face to face environment
  • Confidence to work both autonomously and in a team setting
  • High attention to detail and proactive work approach
  • Ability to exercise initiative and problem-solving skills
  • A strong drive for personal achievement and success
  • A positive can-do mind-set
