Our client is a successful international truck manufacturer with big growth ambitions. They are seeking an experienced leader to join their team and help build the organisation in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing dealer networks, nurturing key accounts, and conducting market analysis. What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and sales plans for both wholesale and retail.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to refine sales strategies.
  • Lead the sales team by establishing performance evaluation criteria.
  • Expand the dealer network to strengthen coverage in key regional markets.
  • Provide training, sales tools, and marketing support to enhance dealers' sales capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with major enterprise clients.
  • Address direct customer complaints and resolve disputes between clients and dealers.
  • Perform market research to monitor competitor activities.


What you bring:

  • Proven experience in sales management and dealer network management.
  • A strong background in the automotive industriy, specifically trucks preferred.
  • Strong ability to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on performance evaluation.
  • Experience in expanding dealer networks in key regional markets.
  • Ability to provide training and support to enhance sales capabilities.
  • Strong relationship management skills with experience in handling major enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on customer complaint resolution.
  • Experience in conducting market research and monitoring competitor activities.
