• Drive efforts to capture client complaints related to product quality deviations, reporting findings accurately while supporting the development and implementation of effective solutions to maximise vehicle uptime.
• Conduct proactive reviews of product quality data and fault frequency trends with a focus on identifying root causes and recommending practical solutions.
• Actively contribute to enhancing client satisfaction by supporting both product-related queries and aftermarket service needs through responsive communication and follow-up.
