A well-known brand in the RPA and Digital transformation space is looking for a Presales Manager to join their team. The manager will provide mentoring to a team of Sales engineers and lead by example in a technical role to generate revenue. The Pre Sales manager will be responsible for the below :
- Balance resource, skill set and workload of the team
- Supervise the provisioning of ongoing professional training to staff and maintain the highest level of technical support to the account team.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate presales engagement
- Participate in customer on site proofs-of-concepts in support of team
- Assist the Sales Engineer in creating their quarterly/yearly business plan
- Act as a liaison between the sales engineering team, product management marketing, technical support
- Monitor sales opportunity in the region and respond accordingly to the needs of the Regional Sales Manager if resources are needed
- Act act as a leader and mentor for the presales team
- 10+ years experience in enterprise software solution
- 5+ years background in presales
- Ability to delivery on deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Develop marketing messaging and positioning across different groups
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong business relationship
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, Sharepoint, SAP and/or Oracle ERP products
- Exposure to the Robotic Process Automation or Business Process Management is highly desirable.
