This leading IT company in North Sydney that have an opening for an Administration Assistant to join their team. This is an opportunity to work for a growing company that has a great company culture and team based approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration and office support duties such as responding emails, document formatting, developing presentations and reports
- Liaise with stakeholders from the business across ANZ and Asia
- Manage the incoming and outbound calls
- Ensure that the payment of invoices and credit card payments are processed
- Diary management and travel arrangements for managers and the team
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years administration experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Able to work effectively in a team and independently
- High accuracy and attention to detail
