Join a large, friendly team in an Australian business based in St Leonards. You will be liaising daily with customers and third party contractors to assist with enquries, co-ordinate site access and issuing permits all over Australia. It is a temp position that will go permanent in the New Year.
- Assisting with incoming enquiries from customers and external contractors
- Facilitating site access by issuing permits and processing paperwork
- Coordinating and schedule site visits and ensuring access is granted
- Ensuring all processes are correct and that polices are adhered to
- Strong customer service experience
- Good administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
