Working in a collaborative, team-based environment primarily on the phone, you will take ownership of customer enquiries end to end, reviewing and assessing hardship cases and creating tailored solutions for clients who are in financial difficulty.
With prior financial hardship, debt management, call centre and other customer service experience, you will have the ability to demonstrate compassion whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. Leveraging your outstanding communication skills and logical approach, you will build rapport with clients and financial counsellors to make sound decisions that are in the best interest of all parties. Knowledge of regulatory obligations under the NCCP and the Code of Banking Practice will be highly useful but not a necessity, as training will be provided.
