Key Responsibilities:
- Mange inbound and outbound calls
- Process orders over the phone and email
- Data Entry
- Liaise with different levels of stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
