In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Take inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Technical support
- Organising repairs
- Processing orders
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
Required Skills and Attributes
To be a successful applicant you will possess the following:
- Experience in a customer service role (minimum 3 years)
- Tech savvy
- Interest in working in Software solutions
- SAP experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have people skills
- Problem solving skills are a must
