This Customer Service Consultant position will be starting on the 9th of September for around 6 weeks. The ideal candidate will come from a customer service position within the financial services (superannuation or banking).
This Customer Service Consultant position would be a great role for someone looking for a contract position, we are accepting candidates on working holiday visa as well as Australian Citizens. The position will be Mon-Friday, with 2 weeks of training and then 3-4 weeks on the phone.
- Talking to students in relation to finances
- Over the phone customer service
- Administration duties
- Dealing with sensitive situations

- Experience in a financial services environment
- Experience in a customer service position
- Amazing communication skills
- Available for the 9th start date and to be available for 2 months
- Ability to get to Bundoora
