As a Claims Consultant, your primary role will be to provide top-notch claims services to our members. You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing claims with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each claim is handled with utmost accuracy. Your proactive approach will enable you to resolve claims swiftly, providing our members with a seamless experience. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of compliance and governance. This role requires someone who can balance operational efficiency with exceptional customer service.

  • Assessing ancillary claims submitted via digital or manual channels, ensuring quality and accuracy of the claims assessment
  • Proactively seeking to clarify and resolve claims with one-touch solutions, using the best method of communication and initiative
  • Providing a personalised experience ensuring member is kept informed and educated on claims related issues including missing info, maxed benefits and rejected claims
  • Complying with all fund and claim rules
  • Maintaining standard templates, procedures and protocols to compliance requirements
