What you'll do:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our operations, interacting with various customers daily and solving their queries. Your role will involve maintaining meticulous records, performing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be expected to perform basic manual or technical duties and answer enquiries using your comprehensive knowledge of our services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring your own unique capabilities, experiences, and knowledge to help shape our growing organisation.

  • Handle incoming customer queries regarding accounts and other banking matters.
  • Maintain customer files by ensuring thorough contact notes are made in the administrative interface.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service regardless of context.
  • Answer enquiries using a general knowledge of the services provided.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Customer Support Specialist role is someone who has honed their skills through previous experience in a call centre or phone-based customer service role. They should be tech-savvy with proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite etc. They should have outstanding verbal & written communication skills, be friendly, proactive, and possess a strong moral and professional outlook. Experience in a regulated environment such as Insurance or Finance would be highly desirable.
