Are you passionate about customer satisfaction? Do you thrive in understanding and meeting customer needs? We're seeking individuals to join my client's team who can effectively engage with customers to enhance their experience with our service.

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll play a crucial role in connecting with customers who have expressed dissatisfaction and gathering feedback to improve our services over the course of this 6-month contract, with a possibility to extend. This role involves investigating customer expectations, building confidence in our service, and providing insightful reports to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers who have expressed dissatisfaction and gather feedback to enhance service.
  • Investigate customer expectations, build confidence in our service, and provide insightful reports to management.
  • Conduct outbound calls to understand customer experiences and address concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to empathise with customers and effectively address their needs.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is advantageous but not required.
