Our client, a globally recognised online financial trading business, is seeking a bilingual Cantonese-speaking Client Services Associate to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work within an award-winning online and mobile trading platform, dealing with up to 10,000 financial instruments across various sectors. Please note this role is 5 days a week in the Chatswood office.

What you'll do:

As a Client Services Associate, your role will be pivotal in providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients. You will be responsible for conducting platform demonstrations, responding to client enquiries with product knowledge, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience. Your ability to manage inbound client queries professionally and efficiently will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will take ownership of ensuring accurate client information is recorded in relevant internal systems.

  • Provide proactive and timely support for clients
  • Conduct platform demonstrations and maintain general after-sales support
  • Respond to client enquiries and provide product knowledge
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience
  • Maintain KPI and SLA targets both individually and as a team
  • Manage inbound client queries through Phone, Email, Live Chat and Messaging professionally and efficiently
  • Take ownership for ensuring accurate client information is recorded in relevant internal systems in a timely manner


What you bring:

The ideal Client Services Associate will bring strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to operate with integrity and a highly client-centric mindset. Your passion for our products and services should be evident along with your excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your resilience in working with customers of varying degrees of market knowledge in a call centre environment will be key in this role.
