The opportunity :

An Insurance organisation are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join their Service Support team. You will support the service team members by maintaining smooth operations and managing various tasks. You will have the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a team environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the first step in their corporate career!

On a day to day basis you will :

  • Liaise with customers to collect pre-renewal information.
  • Prepare documentation as directed by Service members.
  • Pro-actively follow up quotes from insurers and prepare quote reports.
  • Prepare quotes for clients and gather post-renewal policy documentation.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Consultant role brings along previous customer / client service experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Skilled in establishing rapport with stakeholders, in addition to anticipating and responding to their needs.
