This sales administration position, is a great opportunity for an experienced sales admin to join this close-knit team. They are looking for a energetic enthusiastic individual, who is vibrant and confident in their ability as a support function.
- Provide professional and friendly service at all times
- Deal daily with retail clients and external customers
- Provide customers/clients with up to date and accurate product information
- Adhoc administration duties
- Invoicing and credit returns
- Work closely with the Australian sales team and assist when needed
- Arrange collections and processing of daily deliveries
- Respond to enquiries promptly in a professional manner
- Experience within a customer service or sales admin role
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- High attention to detail
- Pro-active and enthusiastic attitude
- Must be a team player, able to work well within a small team
