You will be supporting a busy team of people across the office with a variation of administrative tasks. You will be working within a government organisation with the opportunity to progress.
- Answering the phone and basic meet and greet reception duties
- Formatting large documents for the team
- Data entry tasks onto spread sheets and the office storage system
- General office management including facilities and organising the kitchen
- Ordering all office supplies and stationary for the team
- Ensuring the office is briefed on health and safety procedures
- Must be computer literate and have a fast typing speed (approx 55-60 words per minute)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft systems (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- A high level of accuracy is required when inputting data entry on to the systems
- Attention to detail is essential for the efficient execution of tasks
- Experience in government preferred but not essential
