Located in Murarrie, this well recognised global distribution and wholesale firm is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role will be to provide administration to support the sales team, which includes processing all sales orders and invoices.
- Delivering excellent customer service over the phone in an office environment.
- Ensuring that all sales orders that come through from phone, fax and email are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ability to generate invoices to be sent to customers.
- Dealing with purchase orders.
- Co-ordinating transport and shipping to ensure that all products are received in a timely manner.
- Filling and general office administration.
- Assisting the Office Manager in general duties.
- Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service in an office environment for 12 months or over.
- Demonstrated experience in processing sales orders and invoicing in an accurate and timely manner.
- Experience in the Wholesaler or Electrical industries would be highly desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office at an Intermediate Level.
- Demonstrated experience in working in ad hoc administration and filling.
