This role is for an experienced Executive Assistant and will be supporting a number of executives which will expose you to other areas of expertise and different teams. This role is very varied with no two days the same so is definitely seeking somebody who wants a challenge and diversity in their role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Priority management
- Diary management
- Scheduling meetings
- Extensive travel booking for road shows
- Answering and directing all in-coming calls
- Providing a high level of Secretarial & Administrative Support to Executives
- Preparing presentations when required
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent administration skills
- A professional approach and outstanding communication skills
- The ability to liaise at all levels
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Confident, energetic and bubbly personality with an ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to work under pressure and good time management skills
- Strong Executive Assistant experience
