A global company in Chatswood is looking for a part time experienced Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work three days a week for a company with a great culture.
- General administration such as formatting documents, stacking papers, filing and photocopying
- Ensure that the stationary is stocked and meeting rooms are kept tidy
- Cover the reception desk for lunches and afternoons
- Liaise with stakeholders and maintain good working relationships
- Ensure that the payment of invoices and credit card payments are processed
- Assist the office manager in tasks and event coordination
- Minimum 1-2 years administration experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team and independently
- High accuracy and attention to detail
This is a Part- time role working Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
$55k + super (pro rata)
