There is an opening for an experienced administration assistant for a business solutions company in St Leonards. The role will be supporting the office and being the first point of contact. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, friendly individual with initiative and willing to learn to join a friendly team.
- General administration and office support duties such as responding emails, document formatting, developing presentations and report
- Manage incoming calls and refer them to the correct person
- Accept all deliveries and pass them on the right person
- Order stationary and maintain the stock in the kitchen
- Minimum 1 year Administration experience
- Zero experience preferable
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
