This role has been created to provide a high level of administrative support to a busy team and will suit someone that is energetic, self-motivated and loves working a fast paced level. A competitive salary and a great office culture, on a temporary basis for 3 – 6 months with the potential to move into a permanent position for the right candidate. Fantastic opportunity for a candidate with 1 – 2 years previous office experience with preferably in Banking and Finance.
- Calendar and diary management for the team
- Assist in the preparation of reports & presentations
- Switchboard management
- Expense management
- Office coordination
- Ad hoc administrative tasks for the team
- At least 1 – 2 years administration experience
- Experience within the Banking and Finance industry is preferred
- A background In Customer Service
- Must have a professional phone manner
- A strong attention to detail is very important
This is an immediate start position, candidates with a notice period will not be considered.
As this is a 3 – 6 month temporary position with the potential for an extension candidates must have full working rights. Any candidates on working holiday visas will not be considered.
