- Administration support to Client Services team
- Office facilities management and general office oversight
- Support Client Service Executives with travel arrangements & meeting coordination
- Administration preparation and support for reports and briefings
- Ad hoc event management for the Melbourne office
- Invoice and expense processing
- Client engagement over the phone, reception and meetings
