An amazing opportunity to join a national organisation, based in Yatala as a Sales Administrator. This role will involve supporting the team with sales administration whilst working in a busy environment. This manufacturing organisation is seeking an experience Sales Administrator to work within a small and inclusive team-based environment. The ideal candidate will have sales administration experience within a similar environment and will be advanced in Microsoft Excel- testing will be required.
• Process sales orders whilst supporting the Purchasing Officer
• Liaise with clients, customers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor outstanding orders and offer solutions to the sales team
• Provide advice on products and orders for customers
• Manage and direct incoming calls
• Experience working in a Sales Administrator position
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office- testing will be required
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
