An exciting trainee Receptionist role has come available for a high school graduate to assist with their Corporate Administration team in the Adelaide CBD. We are seeking ATAR qualified graduates who are looking for there next opportunity with a reputable insurance based firm. This position is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in professional services and start a long term career with the business.
The business is ASX listed and has grown steadily to become the leading insurance broker throughout Australasia.
With the ability to prioritise your workload and attention to detail you will be responsible for assisting with the daily support of the Reception area, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and providing exceptional customer service to clients. As a new starter, you will be enthusiastic and willing to learn, willing to go the extra mile and perform your duties.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role has high expectations to pick up new information and learn quickly.
- Answering switchboard
- Sorting mail
- Typing up correspondence
- General errands
- Entering data
- Keeping the Reception area clean and tidy
- Other adhoc tasks such as dishwasher duties and ordering stationary
- Experience in a customer service based role
- Good communication skills and clear phone manner
- Recently graduated from year 12 with an ATAR
- Corporate presentation
- High attention to detail
