Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, this close and supportive team are looking for an exceptional Team Administrator to provide support to 5 Leaders within the Financial Advisory team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative culture and dynamic organisation.
The role responsibilities include:
- Diary management – coordinating meetings locally and internationally across multiple time zones
- Administration support to the Financial Advisory team
- Event support and management, locally and interstate when extra support is required from the Sydney office
- Travel bookings, domestic and international
- Expense claims and processing
- Maintenance of filing systems and office supplies
- Management of marketing material and assistance with marketing requests
The successful candidate:
- Experience providing administrative support to multiple stakeholders
- Experience working within financial or professional service industries preferred
- Impeccable attention to detail, and knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Professional communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
