This Administrator position is with a leading insurance brokerage services company based in their office in East Melbourne. A short walking distance from Richmond, West Richmond & Jolimont station you will be nearby the MCG. They have a collaborative and professional culture providing clients with a high level of service. This Administrator is responsible for supporting the Warranty & Surety team with any administrative duties or co-ordinations.
This Administrator position is a part time opportunity, you will be required to work 3 days a week totalling 22.5 hours. It is highly likely this position will be extended and opportunity for the role to be made permanent part-time or full-time.
- General administrative support to the Warranty & Surety Team
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Responding to enquiries from external stakeholders via email or phone
- Database management/reporting
- Maintain functional office space including ordering of office stationary
- Minimum of 12 months proven administration, team support or customer service experience
- Highly proactive and has use of initiative
- Strong Microsoft Suite Skills
- Excellent organisational skills and confident to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative to succeed within a team based environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
