As an Office Administrator, you will have exposure to work for a global company within the building and construction industry. This role has strong elements of operations and supporting the wider business. The role is full time, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
- Greeting and assisting candidates, clients and other members of the public in a warm & friendly manner and offer assistance as required
- Sort & distribute the mail, clear messages from the answer-machine, ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and ready for use at all times
- Monitor stationery and kitchen supplies, clean the kitchen daily including loading/unloading dishwasher, wipe bench tops and a weekly clean-out of fridge
- Maintaining internal documents i.e. Floor plan and phone list
- Booking travel for Management
- Provide admin support for the Operations team.
- Previous experience as an Administrator or Receptionist
- Proactive approach, with the ability to use initiative and work with limited supervision
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-motivated and highly efficient
